🔍 Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages


 • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your shipping carrier first.
 • If your package is marked as “return to sender” or “unsuccessful delivery”, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

💸 Duty & Tax

📦 Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions:

 • Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted or refunded.
 • Our return facility address is different from our sender address. Please do not return to the shipping label address.

Non-Returnable Items:
 • Personalized items (e.g., engraved bracelets) cannot be returned or refunded.
 • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Eligibility:
 • Full-priced, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
 • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
