1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our other policies (Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy).

2. Products, pricing and availability

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude taxes as stated at checkout.

  • We may change prices, descriptions and availability at any time.

  • Images and colours are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

3. Order process

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt by email; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.

  • We may reject an order (e.g., due to stock, pricing error, failed checks). Any payment authorised for a rejected order will be released/refunded.

4. Payment

5. Shipping

Shipping times, costs and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Dispatch/Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right to cancel (cooling-off) & returns

  • For non-personalised items you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, email us at 0637299@gmail.com and post the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You must take reasonable care of the goods; you are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

  • Personalised/custom items (e.g., engraved bracelets) are non-returnable unless faulty, as permitted by law.

  • Full return conditions (including non-returnable items) are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at 0637299@gmail.com. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Taxes, duties and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for:
(a) losses not caused by our breach;
(b) business losses;
(c) any delay where beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions).

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
